In its third edition, Ibiza Swim Week has solidified its own aesthetic identity, making the beauty backstage one of the highlights of the experience. The event's growth has also been reflected in the evolution of an international team that, year after year, interprets and elevates a vision of beauty based on naturalness, radiance, and sophistication.
Makeup: a luminous and natural beauty
For the third year running, the makeup direction was led by Mary Dego , one of Ibiza's most renowned makeup artists. With extensive experience in runways, television, editorial campaigns, and photography, as well as a constant presence in the media, Mary has successfully maintained a beauty concept that has become an integral part of Ibiza Swim Week's DNA.
Her collection focused on fresh, hydrated, and luminous skin, with a glowy finish that enhanced each model's natural beauty without sacrificing authenticity. It's a philosophy where makeup complements, enhances, and respects each woman's essence. This year, her Ibiza Glow brand was also present backstage, reinforcing that vision of luminous, cared-for beauty deeply connected to the spirit of the island.
To make this impeccable work possible, Mary had the close support of Joana Zamora and Guiada Makeup , who guided the process with the precision, care, and attention to detail that a runway demands. Their work was key to maintaining the harmony of the beauty concept during the shows and ensuring that each model appeared on stage with a coherent, fresh, and elegant look.
The makeup team also included Rocío Jiménez , international makeup artist and founder & CEO of Alegría Makeup Agency & School. Her presence added experience, technique, and a well-established professional vision within the beauty industry, enriching the backstage with an artistic sensibility that perfectly complemented the aesthetic of this edition.
Alongside her, Carlota Vásquez She rejoined the team for the third consecutive year, once again contributing to the evolution of Ibiza Swim Week through her makeup work. Her continued involvement in the project also reflects the importance of building teams that understand the essence of the event and grow alongside its visual identity.

International Presence
One of the highlights of this edition was the participation of renowned makeup artist Sean Maloney , who came from the United Kingdom as a special guest. An internationally recognized figure in the beauty industry, Sean runs his own training academy and is involved in the organization and artistic direction of prestigious beauty pageants and fashion shows around the world.
His presence brought a global perspective to the event, fostering creative exchange and elevating the artistic level backstage. His experience, international outlook, and understanding of beauty through technique and artistic direction made her participation one of the most special moments of this edition.
Hair: movement, hair health and Mediterranean elegance
The hair styling was overseen by Brenda Hardt , a Brazilian professional, color expert, Beauty Alchemist, image consultant, and specialist in hair health and chemical processes. Her extensive knowledge ensured that each model's hair was healthy, shiny, and full of movement, always respecting their natural texture and individual style.

Sophistication and hair care
Her proposal opted for a relaxed and Mediterranean beauty: flowing hair, surfer waves, soft textures and natural finishes that complemented the collections without competing with them, reinforcing a fresh, elegant and timeless image.
Brenda led a team of professionals who contributed to this vision from various areas of beauty and hair care. Lucía López Baillo , a makeup artist and hairstylist specializing in bridal and editorial work, integrated a delicate and versatile approach, perfectly aligned with the naturalness that defined the backstage area. With a perspective more focused on image and advanced beauty, Cleia Couto also added her professional sensibility to a concept where every detail had to feel polished, but never forced.
The team also included a representative from Beach Beauty Ibiza , a salon specializing in high-precision extensions and color, whose work embodies a refined, contemporary beauty style designed for women who are uncompromising about their image. Their participation reinforced the technical expertise behind the scenes and highlighted the importance of having local professionals capable of interpreting Mediterranean aesthetics with excellence.
Salvador Peinado: technique, elegance and beauty vision
Also noteworthy within this team was Salvador Peinado , a renowned hairstylist and makeup artist with a background in private services, hairstyling, and beauty treatments. His experience brought precision, elegance, and a comprehensive understanding of the beauty world, making him one of the most valuable assets in the hairdressing field.
Her work complemented Brenda's vision with sensitivity, technique and a clear understanding of what Ibiza Swim Week wanted to project: natural, sophisticated beauty with its own character.
A beauty identity with its own unique stamp
Over the years, Ibiza Swim Week has developed its own unique language around beauty. This concept celebrates authenticity, the Mediterranean light, and understated elegance, becoming one of the defining elements of our runway and giving each edition a distinctive identity.
Beyond the collections, Ibiza Swim Week has proven that true luxury lies in the talent of the people who make each edition possible. In just three editions, the platform has established itself as a leading event for swimwear fashion in Europe, generating growing international interest and bringing together top-level professionals who share a common philosophy of excellence.
The success of this third edition is, above all, a reflection of an extraordinary team that, with creativity, commitment and a shared vision, continues to drive the growth of Ibiza Swim Week and project the essence of the island onto the global fashion scene.
